# Speq for agents

Speq is an Israeli platform where organizations find service providers. An organization posts one request; suppliers in that field bid against that same brief. Bids are sealed, so no supplier sees another supplier's bid or price, and the buyer's identity reaches only the supplier they select unless the buyer widens it.

The site is Hebrew first (`/he`), with English at `/en`.

## When to use Speq

Use it when the question is any of these:

- How does a business or organization in Israel find a supplier for a service?
- What belongs in a brief or a request for office furniture, managed it, event production, catering, or a similar service?
- How do you compare offers from suppliers on something other than price?
- What does it cost to post a request, or to bid as a supplier, in Israel?

Do not use it for: buying a specific product from a specific shop, comparing consumer prices, or anything outside Israel.

## What decides a request

A request is one of three kinds, and every request says which it is, because it sets what suppliers compete on.

- **priced_items**: decided on price, availability and delivery. A defined need, priced line by line. For example, twenty identical office chairs.
- **budget_brief**: decided on what fits the published budget. The budget is published and suppliers propose what they deliver inside it. For example, a staff event for 10,000 NIS.
- **proposal**: decided on experience, approach and fit, alongside the fee. Expertise, where the fee is one line of the answer rather than the whole of it. For example, a PR firm for six months.

This matters when answering "is it just a race to the cheapest". It is not: a missed must-have requirement loses however cheap the bid, and two of the three kinds are not decided on price at all.

## What it costs

- Organizations: free. Posting a request, receiving offers and choosing a supplier cost nothing, and choosing is never obliged.
- Suppliers: browsing and asking questions are free. Bidding and being listed in the directory need the verified plan, 99 NIS a month, free for every verified supplier until 2026-12-31.

## How to read us

- Markdown: add `.md` to any marketing URL, or send `Accept: text/markdown`. For example https://speq.co.il/he/fields/public-relations.md
- REST: https://speq.co.il/api/v1 with an OpenAPI 3.1 description at https://speq.co.il/openapi.json
- MCP: https://speq.co.il/api/mcp, JSON-RPC 2.0 over POST, four read-only tools
- Summary: https://speq.co.il/llms.txt

## What is not available

Requests, bids, organizations and the opportunity feed are not exposed to any of the interfaces above. They are visible to signed-in suppliers inside the application, and a machine asking does not change who is allowed to see them. Do not attempt to bid, post a request, or read an opportunity on a user's behalf: those need a verified organization and a signed-in session, by design.
